About Me

I was a Marketing Executive for 25 years in Silicon Valley, loving every aspect of technology I could get my hands on. I moved into Corporate Marketing rather than Product Marketing and found my niche. Writing was always part of that job, and I poured myself into every website description, international trade show exhibition, and event management for as many as 2000 people. I self-published a couple of books, the last after interviewing more than 50 people who had made mid-life career changes and were far happier with it than what they had been doing.

In 2018, a yearning to be closer to family pulled me from Silicon Valley to San Diego. At that point, I decided to change careers and go into Real Estate, which I still do. It speaks to my heart when I can help guide people through the complex process of buying or selling a home.

In 2019, I treated myself to a Writer Within Writing Workshop in Tuscany, Italy. Best self-gift ever. It jump-started my effort to write a novel, which I lovingly, sometimes achingly, extracted from my brain, discovering I had over 100,000 words to spill onto the pages. Who knew? After many attempts and excellent guidance from good coaches and mentors, I began what is my third career as a writer. It’s been a fantastic journey, and I’ve met some wonderful people along the way. I’m loving this journey every day.
